Earned income tax credit
Get up to $7,430 back with the federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).
This is a federal tax refund for working people and families that meet certain income requirements. There’s no catch. No strings attached. It’s your money to use however you want, and you can claim it for free.
You could receive the EITC based on your:
Filing statusYou have a valid Social Security number.
Income levelYou earned less than $56,838 from a job in 2023, if single.
You must be at least age 25 but under age 65, if you have no dependents. If you’re younger or older, you might qualify if you claim dependents.
Child tax credit
Get up to $2,000 back per child with the federal Child Tax Credit (CTC).
Parents or guardians of children can receive a bigger tax refund by claiming the CTC. Eligibility criteria and the amount of the refund have recently changed, so contact us today to see if you’re eligible. You can still claim your money for free.
What you should know about the CTC:
Many parents or guardians are eligible.If your children have a Social Security number and were younger than 17 in 2023, you may qualify. Grandparents, adoptive and foster parents, and others may qualify if they can claim the children as dependents.
